Boronia Building is a construction company that can assist with building design. We have a team of consultants available to take your ideas for a new home, or addition, through to the council approval stage and construction.
We are a family company based in Sydney’s north western suburb of Cheltenham where we specialize, and have completed many successful projects in the surrounding area.
The business has been operated by Tony La Guzza since 1994, who has been in the industry since 1988. During this time he has learned his craft as a Carpenter & Joiner. In 2000 he joined Australand as a supervisor gaining skills in multi residential developments.

I contracted with Boronia Building in 2006 to renovate numbers 1 and 3 Wongala Crescent Beecroft.
The works required partial demolition, renovation, reconstruction and landscaping. I was unable to be present on site during all works.
